First post

I am on the way to losing 20 kilos of flab.

And on the way to gaining a lithe, strong, fit, supple body!

I'll post pics of my flabby unfit body when I get a bit braver. They will be my 'before' photos.......

Hi, I am very interestd to see what an ordinary bloke can do with a strong desire to make positive changes. How are you going to do this? Personal trainers, diet modifciation, push-ups?...please share...from a chick in the woods who wants to shed 15kg.
